This project will see visual artist Clare Breen and dance artist Vivian Brodie Hayes in partnership with LINK Resource Centre and Adult Mental Health Services developing and facilitating an in-depth multi-disciplinary art project for older adults.

One of the aims of the project is to empower participants to become confident in their own creative contribution through participation.  The emphasis will be on enjoyment, instilling confidence in creative process and developing trust thus creating an environment where participants feel confident to experiment with ideas, have an understanding of what they want to convey and to share the work which they create.

While working with clay, combined with the body based language of movement and dance aims to engage bodies in a more holistic way and improve participant’s mental health, physical health and well-being.
