Wexford County Council in partnership with the ArtLinks partners in Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny is pleased to announce that they are currently accepting applications for the ArtLinks Bursary Awards 2020.
ArtLinks is a partnership of the four local authority Arts Offices in Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Waterford. It is supported by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon. ArtLinks provides professional development opportunities, and bursary supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in the four partner local authority areas in the south east region.
Artists must be a member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports. Membership is free and is open to both Professional and Emerging Artists who are resident within the four partner local authorities. If you are not already a member please contact your local Arts Office for registration details or download the ArtLinks Membership form here. Please note that registrations received after 13/1/2020 will be ineligible for consideration in respect of 2020 applications. As our ArtLinks website is currently under review, bursary application forms and guidelines are also available by contacting your Arts Office. All applications for 2020 must be emailed to your local Authority Arts Office.
Bursaries are available in the following areas:
- Emerging Artist Award (for those commencing a career in the arts sector)
- Professional Development Award (for professional artists)
- Collaboration Award (for collaborative projects between ArtLinks members)
The closing date for receipt of completed applications for the Emerging and Professional Bursaries is Wednesday 22nd January 2020
Please note that we have an extended deadline for the Collaboration Award is Monday 30th March 2020.
