WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Draft Wexford County Council Harbours & Piers Bye-Laws 2020
 

Wexford County Council proposes to make bye-laws in accordance with Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001 and Section 89 of the Harbours Act 1996 to regulate the use of Piers, Harbours and Car Parking Areas under its custody and control at:
Arthurstown Slipway, Barrystown Slipway, Ballyhack Harbour, Cahore Pier, Carne Pier, Courtown Harbour, Duncannon Harbour, Fethard Harbour, Kilmore Quay Harbour, New Ross Marina & Town Quay, Rosslare Strand Moorings, Slade Harbour, St. Helen’s Pier and Wexford Harbour.

The draft bye-laws will be available for public inspection for a period commencing on Tuesday 7th July, 2020 until Monday 10th August, 2020 during normal working hours at the following Wexford County Council Offices;

  • Wexford County Council including Rosslare Municipal District Offices, County Hall, Carricklawn, Wexford
  • Wexford County Council, Gorey/Klimuckridge Municipal District Offices, Civic Square, The Avenue, Gorey.
  • Wexford County Council, Enniscorthy Municipal District Offices, Courthouse, Court Street, Enniscorthy
  • Wexford County Council, New Ross Municipal District Offices, The Tholsel, New Ross

Draft Harbours & Piers Bye-Laws 2020 

Paper copies of the draft bye-laws will be available on request for a fee of €2. Submissions or observations with regard to the draft bye-laws should be made in writing to the Environment Section, Wexford County Council, New County Hall, Carricklawn, Wexford, or emailed to environment@wexfordcoco.ie, before 5.00 p.m. on Monday 24th August, 2020. WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE

Draft Wexford County Council (Prohibition of Overnight Camping on Roads and in Public Places in Courtown) Bye-Laws 2020

Wexford County Council proposes to make bye-laws in accordance with Part 199(1) of the Local Government Act 2001 for the prohibition of overnight camping on roads and in public places in Courtown.

The draft bye-laws will be available for public inspection for a period commencing on Tuesday 14th July, 2020 until Monday 17th August, 2020 during normal working hours at the following Wexford County Council Offices:

  • Wexford County Council including Rosslare Municipal District Offices, County Hall, Carricklawn,Wexford
  • Gorey/Kilmuckridge Municipal District Offices, Civic Square, TheAvenue, Gorey.
  • Enniscorthy Municipal District Offices, Courthouse, Court Street,Enniscorthy
  • New Ross Municipal District Offices, The Tholsel, New Ross

The draft bye-laws and maps are available to view and download here during the public inspection period.

The public consultation period runs from 18 December 2018 and will close at 5.00 pm on 8 March 2019.

Comments must be made directly to the Southern Regional Assembly
