Anxiety is fast becoming an epidemic in our society.
Children are struggling to cope in this digital age of constant demands on their attention and on that of their parents.
In this talk about children’s anxiety, you will learn how modern society is contributing to our children’s anxiety levels.
Discover from Carina how we can help to steer children away from serious mental health issues in the future by learning how to control anxiety in the present.
