Why not take time out in 2020 for some self care. Bernadette Murphy from Sundara Self Care will provide a series of workshops on Mindfulness and Meditation on Thursday 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th January 2020.
Attendance at each session is not mandatory.
We are all made of energy. When our energy levels are balanced we feel well, happy, confident and calm.
Life throws many situations at us which can upset this balance, such as illness, confrontation, the passing of a loved one or arguments.
When faced with these issues we can often start to feel out of sorts, not ourselves, unwell, emotional, angry.
In turn this can disturb our daily lives in many ways and affect our ability to get a good nights sleep.
Through Sundara Self Care Bernadette can provide a range of energy based treatment and therapies which can help to restore balance.
