Deirdre is an insomnia and sleep technologist, who honed her skills in the Mater Private Hospital Sleep Disorders Clinic. She trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and is a member of the Irish and British Sleep Societies. She featured in the recent RTE documentary 'Awake: The Science of Sleep', which was broadcast in November 2017.
