New My Accounts Portal Launched

Wexford County Council recently launched My Accounts, a self-service portal for Wexford County Council Tenants.

The self-service portal offers offers the following online services:

  • View your account balance and a statement
  • See how your rent is calculated
  • Log a maintenance request
  • Make a payment
  • Submit a change in circumstances

You must first register for a self-service account with MY Online Services .

Once you have done this you will need to go to My Accounts on the menu and link your Rent account to the self-service account.

For further information, see our Frequently Asked Questions .

If you wish to set up a weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurring payment using your Debit Card. Please contact your Credit Controller.
