Fodhlíthe Trá Chomhairle Contae Loch Garman 2022
           

Tugann Comhairle Contae Loch Garman fógra gur ghlac sí leis na Fodhlíthe thuas ag a cruinniú ar an 28 Márta, 2022, de réir Chuid 19 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúil, 2001, na Rialachán um an Acht Rialtais Áitiúil, 2001 (Fodhlíthe), 2006, an Achta um Shábháilteacht Mhuirí, 2005, an Achta um Rialú Madraí, 1986 (arna leasú), an Achta um Chorr-Thrádáil, 1995, an Achta um Rialú Capall, 1996 agus an Achta um Thruailliú ó Bhruscar, 1997 (arna leasú). Is é is cuspóir do na Fodhlíthe ná rialáil a dhéanamh ar ghníomhaíochtaí amhail locadh, campáil, trádáil/fógraíocht, ceadúnais, úsáid dobharárthaí pearsanta/árthaí cumhachta, úsáid clár tonnmharcaíochta/clár seoltóireachta/canúnna agus toirmeasc a chur ar ghníomhartha áirithe, agus srian a chur ar thráthanna ar lena linn is féidir le capaill agus madraí a bheith ar Thránna áirithe atá liostaithe i Sceideal 1 d’Fhodhlíthe Trá 2022. Tá na Fodhlíthe le teacht i bhfeidhm ar an 1 Meitheamh, 2022.
         

Tá na Fodhlíthe ar fáil chun breathnú orthu, agus chun iad a íoslódáil, ar láithreán gréasáin Chomhairle Contae Loch Garman ag www.wexfordcoco.ie/environment/beaches. Beidh cóipeanna de na Fodhlíthe ar fáil, ach iad a iarraidh, ar tháille €2 ón Rannóg Comhshaoil, Comhairle Contae Loch Garman, Halla Nua an Chontae, an Charraig Leathan, Loch Garman (ríomhphost: customersevice@wexfordcoco.ie) le linn gnáthuaireanta oifige.

WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
             

Wexford County Council Beach Bye-Laws 2022
            

Wexford County Council gives notice that it has adopted the above Bye-Laws at its meeting held on 28th March, 2022 in accordance with Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, the Local Government Act 2001 (Bye-Laws) Regulations 2006, the Maritime Safety Act 2005, the Control of Dogs Act 1986 (as amended), the Casual Trading Act 1995, the Control of Horses Act 1996 and the Litter Pollution Act 1997 (as amended). The purpose of the Bye-laws is to regulate activities such as parking, camping, trading/advertising, licences, use of personal watercraft/ power craft, use of surf boards/sailboards/canoes, prohibiting certain acts and restricting times at which horses and dogs can be on certain Beaches of 35 listed in Schedule 1 of the Beach Bye-Laws 2022. The Beach Bye-Laws 2022 are due to come into effect on 1st June, 2022.
            

The Bye-laws are available to view and download from Wexford County Council’s website click here. Copies of the Bye-laws will be available on request for a fee of €2 from the Environment Section, Wexford County Council, New County Hall, Carricklawn, Wexford (emails to customersevice@wexfordcoco.ie) during normal office hours.
