WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE 
Under Sections 13-16 and 31-38 of the Wexford County Council Beach Bye-Laws 2022 the Council seeks applications from interested parties for the licensed use of motorised vehicles providing ice cream and/or hot/cold non-alcoholic drinks for sale at the following designated beach locations for the period July 2022 to June 2023.
      

A. Ballinesker Beach 
B. Culleton’s Gap Beach

The closing date for receipt of completed applications with supporting documentation is 4pm Tuesday 5th July, 2022 by email to the above address or by post to Environment, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford, Y35 WY93.
