The site of the new proposed Advanced Technology Building is located in the Butlersland Industrial Estate in New Ross and is in the ownership of Wexford County Council. The proposed building will be approx 2,400sq metres & will incorporate an Advanced Technology/Office Building. Wexford County Council has issued a Works Concession Contract for the Finance, Design, Build and lease of the Unit.
