The Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) requires a planning authority to invite written submissions and observations during the preparation of statutory development plans. The Planning Authority is required to send certain written submissions and observations to the Minister. The Planning Act also requires the Planning Authority to list these names in the Chief Executive’s Report to the Members of Wexford County Council and to publish the report on its website. Your name will therefore also be published in that report in the hard copy and online. Aside from this, the personal information (data) collected during the consultation process (which may include the collection of sensitive personal data) is collected for the purpose of receiving and dealing with submissions and observations and any data collected is subject to Wexford County Council’s privacy statements.
