Notice of the Seizure and Detention of Equine on 2 April 2019

To Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that Equine described as follows:

       
 was seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from lands at Pairc Charman, Park, Wexford on 2 April  2019, being a stray equine in a Public Place and is being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner(s) of this horse may collect it on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

Please take notice that if the owner(s) do not collect this horse WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Monday 8 April 2019), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animals and produce current horse passports in respect of these horses and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of these animals in accordance with the above legislation.
