Wexford Mental Health Working Group are carrying out research with adults and young people in County Wexford on their experiences with the mental health services. The information gathered will be used to create a report on mental health services in the county. This report will be presented to decision makers.
All responses are anonymous. Information provided will be treated respectfully and sensitively. Quotes from participants responses may be used in the report but all participants anonymity will be preserved. Please do not name specific health professionals in your responses.
