Use of Public Library Spaces

Policy on using public library spaces

Please read the policy about the use of public library spaces.

Please note that the availability of public library spaces is extremely limited and priority is given to library events, services and activities.  Requests to book a space by community groups and agencies for an event that meets the criteria of the policy, should be made using an application form directly to the library manager at least two months in advance of the proposed event.

Application forms will be accepted by email only and can be requested from the library managers by contacting your local branch:
