NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINE: 28 May 2020

Notice is hereby given that Equine described as follows:

were seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from Coolamurry, Davidstown, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford on 28 May 2020 being stray equine in a Public Place and are being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

 

The owner(s) of these horses may collect them on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

 

Please take notice that if the owner(s) do not collect these horses WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Wednesday 4th June 2020), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animals and produce a current horse passport in respect of each horse and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of the animals in accordance with the above legislation.
