Universal Key Required
The universal key provided to wheelchair users is required to gain access to the accessible toilets. Notices are posted on each toilet as to the local arrangements for arranging use of the key.
You can also contact the Irish Wheelchair Association for details on how to apply for a key
The key can also be obtained from the beachguards on duty (during summer months). The policy of locking the toilets is so as to stop the misuse and damaged to the accessible toilets.
