Planning Application Fees

Planning Fees

Planning fees are required to be submitted with most planning applications. Fees are laid out in Schedule 9 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001-2005.

Some of the more common development fees are as follows:

Building a new house   €65
Building an extension or other improvement works around the house €34

Miscellaneous Fees

Schedule 9 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001-2005 deals with Miscellaneous Fees.

Submission or observation on a planning application €20
Request for a declaration under Section 5 of the Act   €80
Application under Section 42 of the Act   €62

                                                      

Licence Fees

Schedule 12 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended)  deals with Licence Fees under Section 254 of the Act in respect of specified Applicances, Apparatus and Structures.
