NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINE: 28th February, 2018

Notice is hereby given a horse described as follows:

Yearling Horse Brown & White (Chip:372140316853005) Male
     

was seized by ACS on behalf of the Council, from Clonhaston, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford on 23rd February, 2018 being a stray horse on private lands and is being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner of this horse may collect this animal on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animal, on production of a current horse passport and evidence that the owner has sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

Please take notice that if the owner does not collect their horse WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Monday 5th March 2018), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animal and produce a current horse passport in respect of this horse and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of this animal in accordance with the above legislation.
