Bealtaine Festival 2025 - Ireland’s national celebration of the arts and creativity as we age

Climate Art Assembly

Wexford Arts Office was awarded an Arts Council ‘Invitation to collaboration’ Research grant of €30,000 to research the development of a National Climate Arts Assembly for 2025/2026. The aim of this assembly is to understand, promote and pioneer methodologies within the arts and culture sector that are instrumental in shifting behaviour change around climate adaptation and mitigation.

Wexford County Council Arts Plan 2023 – 2027" follows an extensive consultation process throughout County Wexford in 2022, which fed into the current County Arts Plan and The Culture and Creativity Strategy.

Culture Night 2024

Culture Night is an annual, all-island public event that celebrates culture, creativity and the arts which takes place in September of each year. On Culture Night, arts and cultural organisations and venues of all shapes and sizes, from independent studios and art-spaces to national cultural institutions, extend their opening hours to allow increased access for the public. Special and unique events and workshops are specifically programmed at participating locations and all activities are made available free of charge.
