NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINE: 16th April, 2018

Notice is hereby given equine described as follows:

were seized by ACS at the request of Newross Gardai,on behalf of the Council, from Ballywilliam, Newross, Co. Wexford on 15th April, 2018 being stray horses in a public place and are being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).
The owner of these horses may collect their animals on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner has sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.
Please take notice that if the owner does not collect their horses WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Saturday 21st April 2018), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animals and produce current horse passports in respect of these horses and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of these animals in accordance with the above legislation

was seized by ACS at the request of the Council, from Ballinamona, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford on 13th April, 2018 being a stray horse in a public place and is being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).
The owner of this horse may collect this animal on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animal, on production of a current horse passport and evidence that the owner has sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.
Please take notice that if the owner does not collect their horse WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Saturday 21st April 2018), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animal and produce a current horse passport in respect of this horse and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of this animal in accordance with the above legislation.
