NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINE: 26 November 2020

Notice is hereby given that Equine described as follows:

was seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from Moneydurtlow, Ferns, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford on 26th November 2020 being a stray equine in a Public Place and is being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner(s) of this horse may collect it on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animal, on production of a current horse passport and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

Please take notice that if the owner(s) do not collect this horse WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Thursday 3rd December 2020), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animal and produce a current horse passport in respect of the horse and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of the animal in accordance with the above legislation.
