NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINES: 17th January, 2018

Notice is hereby given that horses described as follows:

were seized by ACS, at the request of the New Ross Gardai, on behalf of the Council, from Irish Town, New Ross, Co. Wexford, on Tuesday 16th January 2018 being stray donkeys in a public place and are being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).
The owner(s) of these donkeys may collect their animals on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.
Please take notice that if the owner(s) do not collect these horses WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Monday 22nd January, 2018), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animals and produce current horse passports in respect of these horses and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture), for the keeping of equine, the Council will dispose of these animals in accordance with the above legislation.
