NOTICE OF THE SEIZURE AND DETENTION OF EQUINE: 1st August 2019

FORM 2

To Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that Equine described as follows:

Age Description Gender
2 Y/O White & Brown (Chip: 372140316866691) Female
Foal White & Brown (Chip: 372140316866692) Male

were seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from lands at Phairc Charman, Carcur, Wexford on 01st August 2019 being stray equine in a Public Place and are being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner(s) of these horses may collect them on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

Please take notice that if the owner(s) do not collect these horses WITHIN 5 DAYS (by Monday 12th August 2019), pay all fees due in respect of the detention of the animals and produce current horse passports in respect of these horses and evidence of lands/accommodation (registered with the Department of Agriculture, for the keeping of equine), the Council will dispose of the animals in accordance with the above legislation.

1.5 Y/O Brown & White (Chip: 372140316866615) Male
1.5 Y/O Grey (Chip: 3721403168666307) Male

were seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from lands at Hewittsland, New Ross on 02nd August 2019 being stray equine in a Public Place and are being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner(s) of these horses may collect them on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animals, on production of current horse passports and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.

was seized by ACS on behalf of the Council from Ballyanne, New Ross, Co. Wexford on 01st August 2019 being a stray equine in a Public Place and is being held at ACS Pound at Coombe, Glenville, Co. Cork (Ph.1850 20 30 20).

The owner(s) of this horse may collect it on production of suitable identification, on payment of all fees in respect of the detention of the animal, on production of current horse passport and evidence that the owner(s) have sufficient registered lands/accommodation for the keeping of equine.
