Fish or Foul?

Wexford County Council in partnership with Calmast and artist Angie Duignan will work with local communities of Fethard and Saltmills to create a greater awareness of the issue of plastic pollution and empower people to share the message of sea stewardship through art.

Artist Angie Duignan will work with local groups to create art from waste plastic collected in the local area on beaches, in homes and from building sites.  The project aims educate the community groups on plastics, the impact of plastic waster and the potential for recycling plastics into new products.

The final outcomes were exhibited in Hook Lighthouse in October 2021.
