This iconic building, which was constructed in 1775, forms an integral part of the fabric of Wexford Town and is located along Wexford’s Cultural Spine. It has been home to Wexford Arts Centre since 1974.
Due to the ever increasing requirement for the provision of cultural and performance space, Wexford County Council, in partnership with Wexford Arts Centre, has secured funding from the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural & Gaeltacht Affairs for renovation works to the building.
Wexford County Council has committed to providing matching funding and to project manage the delivery of an enhanced cultural facility for Wexford.
