Call 999 or 112 for Emergencies

All emergency calls for Wexford County Fire Service should be made to 999 or 112 only.

Phoning any other number will cause a delay and valuable time may be lost.

In an emergency you will be asked

  • What is the address of the emergency?
  • What is the phone number you are calling from?
  • What exactly has happened?
  • Are you safe and out of danger? (Whenever appropriate)
  • Is everyone else safe and out of danger? (Whenever appropriate)

Do not end the call until advised by the operator.
