This competition is open to all secondary schools in County Wexford.
Registration closes 5 pm Tuesday 5th October.
All you have to do is:
• Step 1 - Register your school here and apply to attend online workshop with Refill Ireland.
• Step 2 - After you participate in the workshop, you will need to complete your registration form by providing the names of a minimum of 5 local business that have signed up to the Refill Ireland Tap Map as a result of your encouragement. You must complete Step 2 by 5 pm Friday 5th November 2021.
Once your school has signed up 5 businesses you will be entered into a draw to win a contactless water dispenser and 500 reusable bottles for your school.
About the workshop:
This workshop is for teachers and their class. Refill Ireland, Wexford County Council and Waterford City & County Council will be presenting it to provide the information to groups/schools to approach businesses about providing a refill of water and to sign up to the Tap Map. Full information will be provided on this at the workshop. The workshop will be approximately 40 minutes long, depending on Q&A - which are strongly encouraged.
How schools can sign up businesses for this competition:
This will be explained in the workshop. Schools will need to encourage businesses and then list the names of businesses on the application form.
What businesses must do:
Each business will need to go to the Refill website and sign up to the Refill Ireland Tap Map. We will be able to verify businesses that signed up with Refill with those listed by schools.
