Accessibility Features

Jam Card

Wexford County Council is JAM Card friendly. Simply present your JAM Card to a member of staff at our Customer Service reception desk and you will be assisted.

Wheelchair

A visitor wheelchair is available for use, by request. Please request this from our Customer Service team.

County Hall has a significant floor space so the travel distance to departments may prove difficult for some.

Colour Coding of Blocks

To assist with finding our different services, a colour coding system is in place to help you identify the offices you require. Please consult the block board upon arrival, after coming through the lobby and located beside our Customer Service desk. Large flags with the corresponding colours are displayed at each destination block (A-F).

ISL

People wishing to avail of our Irish Sign Language supports may do so by pre-booking. This service requires advance notice. If presenting at Customer Service, members of the public should pre-book an ISL interpreter for the time they intend to arrive. Appointments are required if you wish to meet with a specific member of staff using an ISL interpreter.

Booking can be arranged by emailing customerservice@wexfordcoco.ie
