Wexford County Council, in partnership with Redmond Construction, are proud to announce the launch of a new phase of starter homes at Rams Brooke, Gorey, Co. Wexford. This new launch offers an limited collection of new 3-bedroom houses located just minutes from Gorey Town Centre, Co. Wexford.

Application Process: Applications for these 6 Homes must be made through Wexford County Councils Starter Homes Online Portal. It should be noted that the minimum sale price is advertised above and is a reduction from the open market value of the home . Those who seek to purchase under the scheme and meet the necessary criteria will have the opportunity to purchase a home at a reduced rate. Wexford County Council will bridge the gap between the open market value of the home and the purchasers combined maximum mortgage and deposit; in return the council will take a partial equity share in the house. Under the scheme qualifying purchasers may also use the Help to Buy Scheme.
