From 1st January 2023, social housing income eligibility thresholds have increased by €5,000.  If your social housing supports application was either closed / not approved since 18/11/2021 for reason of exceeding the income threshold, you can now reapply. 

 

Please contact Customer Service Unit for a social housing supports application form at 053-919 6000 or by email at customerserviceunit@wexfordcoco.ie

 

The revised thresholds for different household compositions are detailed in the table below:-
