Town Centre First Strategy for Wexford Town Local Area Plan

Help Shape the Future of Wexford Town Centre!

Wexford County Council, in collaboration with the Wexford Town Team, is preparing a Town Centre First Strategy as part of the Wexford Town Local Area Plan. This strategy will outline a long-term vision for the sustainable development and regeneration of Wexford Town Centre up to 2040.

The Town Team, a newly formed consultative group representing the local community and key stakeholders, plays a vital role in shaping this strategy. The plan will guide future planning decisions, help secure public funding, and align with the National Town Centre First policy.

Get Involved!

This is your chance to contribute to the future of Wexford Town Centre.

To ensure all voices are heard, an Online Consultation will be open from Sunday, 16th February to Friday, 14th March 2025 (inclusive).

This will provide an opportunity for individuals and groups to submit their comments, ideas, and suggestions on the future of Wexford Town Centre at their convenience.
