The Planning Section of Wexford County Council will re-open to the public on Tuesday 30th June by appointment only.  These appointments will be limited each day so please read the following before booking an appointment.

Planning Lists
Please note that that Wexford County Council scans all Planning applications within 72 hours of receipt, following which they are available to view online by clicking here.

If you are unable to access the plans online please telephone Wexford County Council Planning Department on 053 919 6101 or email us at 
planning@wexfordcoco.ie.

If you wish to make a submission on a planning application you can write to us at County Hall or email us at submissions@wexfordcoco.ie.

All submissions must include a €20 payment as required by the legislation but we can call you back to take a payment if you include your contact number on the letter or email.

Viewing Undecided Files
All undecided planning applications are available to view by the public. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we encourage the public to view these applications on-line. However, if you require to view an undecided application in person, please telephone 053 919 6101 and we will arrange an appointment for you to attend the Planning Department to do so. You will be required to complete a compulsory contact tracing from and fully follow the health and safety instructions when you attend including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 

We regret that requests to view decided applications in person cannot be accommodated at this time, but please note the vast majority of decided applications can be viewed online.  In exceptional circumstances historic files may be retrieved for viewing but this service currently operates on a very limited basis. Planning Enforcement
Planning Enforcement activity will commence from the 25th May 2020 which includes receipt of complaints and the serving of warning letters and enforcement notices. The enforcement team can be contacted through email at planenf@wexfordcoco.ie.

Building Control
Building Control team will recommence inspections and continue to process commencement notices, consents and disability access certificates.
