There was great fun and craic on Wednesday 6th March, when Deric O’hArtagáin from Ireland AM reported live from our Fit over 50 ladies programme on Wexford quayfront as part of Women In Sport Week 2024. All the group had great fun and Deric was a great sport and joined in with some of the exercises. Our Co-Ordinator Fran was interviewed by Deric as was Theresa, our tutor. You can see from the photos that everybody enjoyed it!
