Contacting the the Council about Maintenance Problems
If you think that the repair issue is the council's responsibility you can contact the Housing Maintenance Section on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 053 919 6000 or complete the online form here.
Opening hours are 9am to 1p.m. and 2p.m. to 5pm Monday to Friday.
If your rent account is in arrears, routine or planned maintenance works will not be carried out except in emergency situations.

Examples of emergency repairs include
- Electrical faults - Smoke / sparks from electric fixtures
- Burst water tanks
- Serious roof and ceiling leaks or collapse
