As a recommendation of the National Hazardous Waste Management Plan 2021-2027 (NHWMP), DAFM and DCEE in conjunction with stakeholders are facilitating six Farm Hazardous Waste collections to take place across the country during September and October 2026. The locations for the 2026 collections include Donegal, Louth, Galway, Kilkenny, Kildare and Cork. The Kilkenny collection is being held at Gowran Park Racecourse, R95 AH5W on 14th October.
