Application for Roads & Services In Charge Letter

A Roads in Charge letter confirms whether or not a road is in charge of Wexford County Council.

A solicitor or an individual for conveyancing purposes may request this letter when selling or purchasing a second-hand property. 

An Eircode must be provided for each request and a fee of €125 is applicable per conveyance. 

Please note Payments made by EFT may take a period of 3 to 5 days to be processed before submission of application.
