Activators for All

This programme is open to adults who wish to try out activator pole for the first time (level 1 recommended), or if you have previously taken part in one of our programmes (level 2 recommended). We are also welcoming individuals living with long term or chronic conditions to this programme.

Poles will be provided for each participant for the programme and during our sessions you will be taught the correct technique how to walk with the poles, as well as doing some strength and stability exercises throughout the sessions.

Why not give it a go and bring a buddy? Or maybe you know someone who is living with a condition and could do with some help getting more physically active?

To sign up to either level 1 or level 2,  go to https://pay.easypaymentsplus.com/feepay1v2.aspx?id=179    Please state during the sign-up if you have any medical conditions.

If you have any questions regarding this programme please contact Ben.Hunt@wexfordcoco.ie or Nicola.Collins@wexfordcoco.ie
