Sli Charman Coastal Trail Rehabilitation Works

Over the next two months Wexford County Council will undertake rehabilitation work to the Sli Charman Coastal Trail at four locations, Ballymoney Lower, Cahore Point, Blackwater to Knocknasillogue and Rosslare Harbour.

The Sli Charman Trail was developed in the early 90's but has been neglected for some time.   The rehabilitation work will involve laying or re-laying gravel or macadam over the existing trails, erecting new signage, fencing and drainage.  The works have received support funding from the Department of Rural & Community Development under the 2018 Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Scheme (ORIS).  Details are the proposed works are outlined  below:
