Wexford County Council’s Access Section are launching a new pilot project, entitled the ‘Advanced Digital Access Participation Project’ (ADAPP), to coincide with the launch of National Heritage Week 2022
The project is supported by the Disability Participation & Awareness Fund, an initiative of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
The Wexford County Development Plan 2022-2028 was adopted by the Elected Members of Wexford County Council at the Special Meeting of the Council held on Monday, 13th June 2022. The Plan comes into effect on Monday, 25th July 2022.
National Heritage Week 2022 takes places from the 13th to the 21st of August. This year the focus is on biodiversity and sustainable heritage. Groups can organise events or submit a digital project in celebration of our built, cultural and natural heritage.

Under Sections 13-16 and 31-38 of the Wexford County Council Beach Bye-Laws 2022 the Council seeks applications from interested parties for the licensed use of motorised vehicles providing ice cream and/or hot/cold non-alcoholic drinks for sale at the following designated beach locations for the period July 2022 to June 2023.
Wexford County Council have developed a free on-line information sharing portal for not- for-profit community owned facilities, to inform the public, generate additional income for facility owners and promote usage.
