Code of Conduct for Councillors

Wexford Councillors are obliged to adhere to the Code of Conduct of Councillors 2019.  The legislative basis for this Code is based on Part 15 the Local Government Act 2001 (as amended by the Local Government Act 2014); Ethics in Public Office Acts 1995 and 2001 and the Safety Health and Welfare Acts 2005.
