Age Friendly Ireland, is thrilled to announce that Wexford County Council are hosting the National Age Friendly Recognition and Achievement Awards 2023 in Clayton Whites Hotel, Wexford in November this year.
Wexford Borough District - Shopfront Improvement Scheme
Wexford Borough District now invites applications for support funding under the Shopfront Improvement Scheme 2023. This scheme supports works (e.g. painting, refurbishment, repair) that enhance the appearance of shopfronts and business premises in Wexford Town and district and that help to create a more inviting and attractive streetscape.

I have been asked by Mr. Darragh O’Brien, T.D., Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to refer to the new package of housing support measures as announced by the Government on 25 April 2023, and specifically to the temporary time-limited exemption from development contributions in respect of residential development.
Enniscorthy Municipal District - Shopfront Improvement Grants
Following on from the success of the Enniscorthy Shopfront Painting and Flower Basket Scheme over the last few years, Enniscorthy Municipal District will continue to enhance and improve the image of Enniscorthy by once again launching the scheme for 2023.
